1. What is the order processing and delivery time?

All orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is dispatched.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking code and a direct tracking link.
You can follow your order status on the courier’s website or through the link provided.


3. Are Poedagar watches authentic?

Yes. Every watch sold on poedagartime.com is an official Poedagar® product, designed and quality-checked to meet our brand’s premium standards.


4. Do the watches come with a warranty?

Yes. All Poedagar watches include a 12-month warranty, valid across the European Union, covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, water exposure beyond the indicated limits, or natural wear and tear.


5. Are Poedagar watches water-resistant?

Most of our models feature 3 Bar (30 m) water resistance.
This means they can handle splashes, rain, or hand-washing, but are not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving.
Please always check your model’s technical specifications for exact details.


6. How can I request a return or refund?

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU Consumer Protection Law.
Simply email support@poedagartime.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options available at checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and processed safely.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Poedagar Time® ships to all European Union countries, including Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and more.
We also ship to selected countries outside the EU, depending on carrier availability.


9. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped.
Please contact our support team immediately at support@poedagartime.com with your order number and the updated address.


10. My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


11. Do you have a physical store?

At the moment, we operate exclusively online through our official website: poedagartime.com.
This allows us to maintain competitive prices and deliver directly across Europe.


12. Is it safe to shop at Poedagar Time®?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that all personal and payment data is fully protected against unauthorized access.


13. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal once you receive it.
